Navratri Colours 2025: Nine Days, Nine Hues of Devotion

Navratri — literally “nine nights” — is a vibrant Hindu festival celebrating the divine feminine (Devi) and her nine forms (Navadurga). Each day is associated with a special colour, believed to resonate with the energy of the goddess worshipped on that day. Wearing or using that colour is thought to enhance spiritual connection, positivity, and harmony.

In 2025, the Sharad (autumn) Navratri is observed from 22 September to 2 October (Vijayadashami) . Below is a day-wise guide to colours, deities, and the deeper meaning behind each.
